We had perfectly clean room with a lounge area, comfortable chais, and a sofa. The location was premier and excellent, just off the casino & stores, Venetian, Wynn and encore and other attractions on the strip. There was a grill restaurant nearby.

During my recent business trip to Las Vegas, my director chose Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino for our accommodation, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. I had the opportunity to relax and unwind at the magnificent Qua Baths & Spa, which offered an extensive menu of massage, facials, and body treatments. The luxurious retreat tapped into the natural, healing powers of water to bring me a one-of-a-kind spa experience. I particularly enjoyed the full-service spa, where I indulged in massages, body treatments, and facials. It was a truly rejuvenating experience that added a touch of luxury to my busy work schedule.
The front desk staff and their flippant attitude.

Outstanding experience at Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino! Perfect location on the strip, steps from other iconic hotels. Garden of the Gods pools were spectacular. Helpful staff despite lines. Minor room maintenance issues and delayed cash deposit return, but overall a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend!

During my stay at Caesars Palace, I found the convenient location to be a major highlight. The hotel is only 20 minutes' walk from the Monorail - Flamingo/Caesar's Palace, providing easy access to transportation for exploring the city. the option to hop onto one of the Deuce buses right outside the hotel allowed for a convenient and cost-effective way to travel along the Strip and all the way to Fremont Street.
The housekeeping service and check-out process left something to be desired. Although I opted out of daily housekeeping, the process was not clearly explained, resulting in confusion and a lack of adequate towel provisions for the size of our party.

Gluten-free goodies and local bites had us feeling like culinary royalty. The room views and comfy beds were the ultimate dazzle. Valet service brought the pizzazz.
Service stumbled in its glitzy heels – mix-ups and missteps galore. Touring the hotel?

The breathtaking views of the mountains, city, and pool from my room at Caesars Palace were absolutely stunning. I also had a memorable experience at the Cleopatra's Barge floating lounge, where I enjoyed delectable specialty cocktails while taking in the luxurious surroundings. The marble bathroom with its dual sinks, walk-in shower, and oversized spa bathtub provided a truly indulgent experience.

Convenient Location! 📍 Just minutes away from a fabulous spa at The Linq. The restaurant on-site was a winner for all meals; we both picked amazing dishes.

The well-known DJs and headliners at the Colosseum theater and the high-energy vibe at Omnia nightclub were big draws for our family. The Palace casino offered a variety of games, from classic slots to lively poker tables, providing exciting entertainment for everyone. The kids particularly enjoyed the arcade games and pool area, while my wife and I had a great time trying our luck at the casino.
My wife says that more family-friendly dining options would have been welcomed. The children wanted more kid-friendly activities in the hotel, as they felt there were limited options for them.

Monique
This place has amazing staff who are very friendly and helpful.

James
We dined at a fantastic restaurant with a wide selection of delicious dishes, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to everything we wanted to visit.
